At the Sugar Cane Interpretation Center of San Andrés y Sauces, you can enjoy a wonderful journey through the past, through our history, our customs and one of the most deeply rooted traditions of the Canary Islands, the cultivation of sugarcane and the making of rum.

Hand in hand with the Quevedo family, one of the most representative of the Canary Islands of this exciting sector, you will immerse yourself in this fascinating world where you can discover, through four generations of faithful dedication, all the historical, social and cultural aspects that surround this magical world of the cultivation of sugarcane and the elaboration of one of its most prized and coveted products, the rum.
